Reign Hall

Reign Hall is a modern event space built on a simple yet powerful mission: Creating Lasting Memories. Located in the heart of Overland Park, Kansas, it caters to life’s most meaningful celebrations; from milestone birthdays and baby showers to elegant corporate gatherings.

I partnered with my client to develop a distinctive brand identity that breaks from the visual clichés commonly seen in the event space industry. In a market oversaturated with floral motifs, script fonts, and pastel-heavy palettes, our goal was to build something bold, upscale, and timeless without being ornamental.

The challenge: Design a visual identity for a new, premium event venue, avoiding the default aesthetics of monogrammed logos, crest icons, and muted minimalism. While the name “Reign Hall” evokes royalty, the client specifically wanted to steer clear of literal interpretations like crowns or medieval symbols, opting instead for something more modern and sophisticated.
